Description

i created this character with the origional concept of her being evil, but i think she should be one who is at first, but then changes after meeting the good guys..
it was colored in photoshop and hand drawn. i hope you guys like it!!^_^

Hm. I'm no expert on anime, but this looks alot like the show my girlfriends daughter watches. It's called W.I.T.C.H. Is this some fan art?
